1210 Vienna – Modesta Real Estate ends 2023 with a record letting in the Vienna office market. 9,000 sqm of office space at Siemensstrasse has been successfully brokered to the NexCo Group.

The NexCo Group is planning to centralise several locations of its subsidiaries in "Building 33" in Siemensstrasse in Vienna's 21st district, which is owned by Siemens AG Austria/Siemens Real Estate who helped to conclude the contract in record time. In a first step, around 9,000 sqm of the available office space was rented for this purpose. In future, these offices will be used as training facilities for NexCo's numerous training and consultancy centres, including well-known institutes such as "Mentor", "Context" and "Trendwerk".

"Building 33" is located at the Siemens AG Austria headquarters near the A22 motorway and offers direct access to the public transport network via the S1, S2 and bus lines 30A and 31A (Siemensstraße station). Built in 1980, the office complex with its unique layout provides office space in a wide range of sizes, extending over the ground floor and 6 upper floors, as well as spacious storage facilities in the basement. Also, there are numerous parking spaces for customers and employees outside the building. 

"By centralising the subsidiaries of the NexCo Group, a centre for consulting, training and further education with an extensive range of services related to the labour market is being created in Building 33.
