1150 Vienna - Diakonie Flüchtlingsdienst ("Diakonie Refugee Service") is relocating to Mariahilfer Strasse at the end of the year. The 366 sqm barrier-free office space was brokered by Modesta Real Estate. 

Diakonie Flüchtlingsdienst focuses on providing housing and social work support for refugees. The facility is mainly responsible for accommodating refugees in suitable housing. The main focus of the facility is on families, women with children and older people.

Modesta Real Estate supported the human rights organization in its search for a new headquarters. The organization's new office covers a generous 366 m2 in a central location and is barrier-free for staff and clients. The main services offered on site are counseling services, for example in relation to childcare, education and medical care.
